Our wash/dry/fold services are $1.75 per pound plus $5 for the pickup and delivery.
Just before your first scheduled pickup, please place your laundry in one or more plastic bags and place on your doorstep (or wherever you designated during the ordering process). One of our Drivers will pick them up and take them to our facility where they will be washed, dried, and folded with love and care. Your clothes will then be returned on your doorstep the next day in a reusable bag clean and folded for easy putaway.
You do not need to be home during the pickup and delivery windows. Typical pickup and delivery spots for homeowners are front porches, while apartment/condo owners have the ability to leave it on their front door step or with their doorman or front desk. If your laundry is not at your front door or you live in a gated area, we ask that you leave detailed instructions for our Driver on how to pickup and deliver your clothes.
Absolutely. As long as the pickup and delivery location is within our service area and accessible to our Driver, we will be there!
We will sort your clothes by type (ie colors, whites, delicates), wash them with Gain detergent and softener and dry them with Bounce dryer sheets in our commercial, high efficiency machines. We will follow the care instructions on the clothing label unless directed otherwise. If alternative processing is desired, please let us know during the ordering process.
